You're able to park the provided wagon and bikes at our home. No cars are on the island of course!

We provide a damage waiver at a nominal fee that covers any accidental damage up to $5,000.

We welcome families with infants and provide a travel crib for use.

We've set up our home to welcome families traveling together. Ideally set for 3 families with 2 children each.

The newly built stainless steel chef's kitchen comes with white quartz countertops and a 64" massive refrigerator and freezer that will allow you to stock up for your stay. Choose to make your meals inside with a professional induction range or outside on the 7 burner Weber grill in our 400sf top deck. Ample cooking and baking supplies with utensils are included for your use to make your stay even more home-like. Enjoy hands-free cooking help and music control with the Amazon Echo Show conveniently located on the counter.

Ocean Bay Park is a family community. We rent only to families, not to unrelated adults.

We've taken on creating unique properties around the USA for families that love to travel with other families for new adventures (just like we do). We welcome you to join us in one of our custom designed homes with your friends and family to relax, explore and create new memories.<br />
